Return & Refund Eligibility
We carefully review all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To file a request, please email contact.eclipsejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

Once we receive your message, our team will review your case and determine if your item is eligible for a return or refund.
Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, custom-made or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable method at the customer’s expense.
Refunds (if approved)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
If your request is denied, you will be notified via email with an explanation.
